Effective January 1, 2022, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court amended the Case Records Public Access Policy of the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania to require the statewide use of the Confidential Information Form.
The Amendments require filers to safeguard confidential information using a Confidential Information Form. Before these amendments, an appellate or trial court could permit the filing of any document in a “Redacted Version” and “Unredacted Version” rather than require the use of the Confidential Information Form.
Now, all courts throughout the Commonwealth must utilize the same method to safeguard confidential information.

The ITS Public Access Policy Redaction Sets are available at $49 for 1 to 5 user licenses, $39 for 6 to 15 licenses, and $25 for 16 or more licenses. Training is also available at $175 per hour, including redaction and related training.
